The building is bit old but the service and staff are amazing, they were helpful and quick to address any request. Special thanks to the Spa Manager for his kindness.

We were expecting it as a 5 Star But harsh reality turns out to be 3 star Buffet Food was not up to the mark and washroom sitting was way too low difficult for old age people

Good: perfect for family get away. decent facilities for every member in the family, child to adult. haven't tried the food so cannot comment. staff are very cooperative, attentive and friendly. sure will come back again
Bad: we were suffering from the isolation system in the room or the AC, we couldn't control the temperature in the room. it was freezing although the AC was switched off!

Mr.Osama's team member and Chef from India I met on 2nd Jan at omelette station was very good , efficient , he made some excellent food .. ( sorry unable to recall name )

Excellent service. My family experience was amazing. We booked one day only but due to great service, amenities and facilities we extended our stay one more day. Upon check in, Maher assisted us and as first time in Danat, he explained all thier amenities and he was really accomodating and helpful. Upon room extension, Faye help us a lot and as i requested to change our room she even gave us the best one. They have 3 pools, 1 kids pool with slide, one pool with bar and olympic pool (under maintenance). The lifeguards in the pool are always on watch. Safety is thier priority. You can relax without thinking about your kids. The free breakfast restaurant, Arabesque was good too. However, better to add some asian food like rice in the menu. Overall stay are more than excellent. Kudos, Danat. We will surely come back. For amenities: 3 pools, gym, multiple restaurants of your choice, sauna, jacuzzi, payable spa, salon, swimming lesson, muia thai lesson. Greay compliment to Faye, Maher and pool receptionist, and pool team. Thanks for our great stay. GOD BLESS

My stay at Danat Ala Ain resort was amazing, the staff was friendly, enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, great pool and excellent dining options, a truly relaxing experience and I'd love to return.
