Bad: I was given a tiny room with one bed and horrible condition. I said that's not what I booked and that's not what's in the pictures provided by the hotel online. Then I was given another room, not great, but just fine. I was not happy! The view was horrible.

as a regular guest, I feel Novel like my second home everytime I go the city.
Good: location, value for the money, comfort, ealry check in, staffs are very warm-welcoming.

Good: Nice big rooms Great location Stayed 6 night half board food was good plenty of variety 😋 Happy hour 3 till 9pm 🍺 6pds a pint for Bier Morretri Rooms cleaned every day...clean towels Lovely staff always pleasant and greeting They had coffee facilities in the room but using paper cups, we requested pottery and was given 2 mugs which was appreciated
Bad: The pool area was shaded from 12.30pm which was a shame as we wanted to go sightseeing in the morning and chill for a bit of sun in afternoon but had to do it the opposite way round The pool bar was quite expensive 4pds for a small can of coke

My stay was nice leaving other factors aside

Bad: Faster customer care Enough sugar and other tea ingredients in the rooms Available receptionist

Club was really good

Only person worth mentioning is Abdeel, the luggage handler. Absolutely fantastic, super helpful and genuinely kind. That man deserves a pay rise. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for Abdeel!

Good service, food and atmosphere. If you look for something to get the value of your money, its highly recommended. Cleanliness is on point!

Bad: You gave us wrong location link which was 1km away from where we should be. Only 2 disposable cups not enough

Outstanding service, especially from Imran in housekeeping. He went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, always helpful, polite, and professional. His positive attitude truly made a difference during my stay. Special thanks as well to Mary at the reception for her great support
