The room is decent and clean. Location it's in heart of the city which is surrounded by restaurants and shops. Very convenient. Staff is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping Farouq and mood indigo bar Philippines lady staff is very nice. The food from room service is amazing with decent price.

Great hotel !!! I am very impressed with the hotel service, especially the front reception staff: Talib, Cristina, and Adel. They are all very polite, professional, and provide smooth and fast service. The room service and restaurant service are also very good.

Bad: Being approached by an array of prostitutes every evening whilst in the bar was most uncomfortable. How is this permitted? It's blatantly obvious what's going on, but the bar staff seem ambivalent to the shenanigans.

Staff VERY helpful. We needed to get the tourist bus, and the asiatcne was got was exemplary. Adeel went above and beyond and grabbed a cab from hotel when bus didn't arrive.

We stay at junior suite room. Room was nice the bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel is very nice. Staff is very nice adeel is very help and welcoming with smiley face thanks adeel for your help

Great stay and good location. The room was comfortable and a good size. Well serviced with fridge & kettle, sitting area, cupboard etc. However the upholstery ( armchair, sofa) were tired and had stains. Staff were helpful and welcoming.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly friendly and helpful. Many thanks and sincere appreciation to everyone, especially Taha (Restaurant), Sali (Housekeeping), and Rewan (Reception). Everything was very well maintained, and the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is good and accessible to everything, staff, specially the receptionists are very approachable and helpful.
Good: I like about the property is you can check in early if they have available room, they will not let you wait until the check in timing
