Good: I enjoyed the area where the hotel is located and the breakfast was good.
Bad: No hair dryer in the room. You have to call the front desk to request it and then it took them over an hour to bring it. Also, the soap and shampoo containers that are permanently mounted in the shower were empty. That was frustrating to realize while taking a shower.

I am currently staying at the Novel Hotel City Center and have had a wonderful experience. The staff are incredibly kind and professional making every moment feel welcoming The highlight of my stay is definitely the food I am absolutely in love with the meals here specifically the meat which is perfectly prepared tender and delicious. It is truly a high quality dining experience Highly recommended for anyone visiting Abu Dhabi!♥️

I am having an absolutely wonderful stay at the Novel Hotel City Center Everything here is top-notch the service is flawless the rooms are comfortable and the overall atmosphere is so welcoming While the entire staff is professional and special A huge thankyou to the housekeeping Zamurrad brother 🙏everytime I returned to my room it was spotless and their warm hospitality made me feel right at home 10/10 excellent service!♥️

I’m really impressed with the housekeeping team. They cleaned every corner thoroughly, changed linens on time and ensured everything was neat and hygienic. Their professionalism and consistency made my stay very comfortable. Highly recommended. Zamurrad he is the best thankyou so much for best service👍👍
