I booked thinking it was novotel - this is my dyslexia not the fault of the hotel. 3 star hotel at best

Bad: Room wasn’t sound proof, the guests in the next room were talking nonstop for hours , I complained to hotel staff, but nothing happened, They refused to change my room to another room more comfortable The phone in the room isn’t only as a decoration, not working when tried to call reception or room service
