I can not remember the name clearly. Maybe he called Ibram? I'm very grateful for the room service he provides me every day. It keeps the room very clean and has a great attitude, making me feel very comfortable. But I think it's because guests are allowed to smoke in the room that there is a smell in the room that I don't like. It has a very complex smell

Bad: Room is too dark and no good lighting, furniture and interior is outdated and needs renovation, hotel too basic for its price and level, also amenities are not up to the level, rooms are smelly no good ventilation.

I hosted a seminar for 200 attendees at Hotel Novel Abu Dhabi, and I must say the arrangements exceeded my expectations. Our 3rd stay there
We’ve stayed at Novel City Center at least three times now, and it consistently delivers a friendly and welcoming experience. The staff are always very kind and helpful. The hotel itself isn’t brand new, and you can tell it has seen some wear, but it’s clean and comfortable. During our most recent stay, the pool area was under renovation, so that didn’t impact the experience this time. The breakfast is decent — it’s fine overall, but not particularly exciting or exceptional. The location is very convenient. There’s a large shopping mall nearby, along with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants within easy walking distance. The beach is about a 30-minute walk or roughly 10 minutes by taxi. There’s also an airport bus stop close to the hotel, though we found that taking a taxi is generally more comfortable and convenient. Overall, this hotel offers solid value, great service, and a practical location — ideal if you plan to explore the city or just want a reliable place to return to.
