Beautiful hotel,the place was well kept everywhere and all the staff were first class , especially the men on the door who would get you a cab straight away,I'm sorry I can't remember the man's name but he was Ethiopian and taught me a few words in Arabic,a proper gent . And Aalaa on reception was a fantastic help with anything. Hopefully I will return.

Hotel
Great hotel. Pool area is great and spacious. Hosni the lifeguard is super friendly and attentive. Food is great, however the drinks are limited on the all inclusive package. Clean hotel and staff are friendly. Mall attached to the hotel with a great supermarket.

All went smooth and nice. My daughter enjoyed that.
Very nice and comfortable place for kids of all ages. I would call it as kindergarten for kids but with more joyful things around. For older kids there is playstation which sounds great. Very day some new entertainment was made. Nearby there is small playground.

Swimming classes
My children have swimming classes with Ali. They like their classes very much and I can see the progress in their swimming. Ali is a very good teacher and he knows how to work with small kids and teenagers. They do not speak English, but he shows them what to do and they understand him well.

Good place for a family
Helpful and kind staff, they helped us to get two rooms together which has doors inside to be near the kids. During the stay everything was clean. Good place to go on a vacation for a family. Breakfast was good for any taste. We have been for 4 nights and everything went very well.

Bad: Pool bar service was very slow so we stopped going. The toilet needs to have its own light switch

Good: Our room was upgraded, and we've got a wonderful room with an amazing view, we felt care and high-quality service on each step of our Easter holiday. The lunch and dinner were very varied and tasty.

Bad: As an older hotel, the decor is a little outdated and breakfast provisions could be improved. Prices do not reflect this and for this reason I would not book again.

Very nice stay!
Good: The hotel is very close to Yas Island, has a very nice beach. The staff is very friendly and eager to help. The beds are very confortable. Is was spotless clean. They clean the room everyday, and the towel animals were a nice touch for the kids. The food was varied, lots of choices at every meal.

Great hotel
The hotel is great, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent and has a wide variety. The only thing i would say is that the pool area , to my opinion, is not well maintained and has an unpleasant smell around it. The beach was also dirty, both the sand and the water, and it wasn't pleasant to be in it. I would also add more activities for the kids if possible.

Good hotel but misleading images
This was generally a very good hotel. Breakfast and dinner choices were fantastic. Our room was huge. I enjoyed the gym and the pools. The pool bar was lovely. Only negatives are I feel the pictures are misleading as this is not seafront, more like a mucky looking river with houses directly opposite the beach. The mall next door is very disappointing.

Relaxing, calm and peaceful
I come here every day for the pool, gym and sauna. Amazing service and staff!Easy parking and many facilities that are clean and easy to access. Special thanks to Saad for his excellent assistance and support. Smiling always and attentive.

Best customer service
Kirolos, the night manager, was amazing! He did our check in fast and got us a free upgrade to a suite. I as usual asked him a lot of questions and with calm and a smile he answered them all, the room was also a bit cold for our standard and they came up immediately! I am very glad we chose this hotel for pur stay in Abu Dhabi Ps the shower is amazing!!
